Arik founded Pentera in 2015 together with serial entrepreneur, Arik Faingold. He brings with him leadership experience from the elite cyber warfare group in the Israeli Defense Force’s computer service directorate, and deep domain expertise in penetration testing and other related cyber disciplines.

Amitai has been Pentera’s CEO since January 2018, transitioning the company from a stealth mode startup, into the global category leader it has become, through 3 Funding Rounds, led by AWZ Ventures & The Blackstone Group (Round A), Insight Partners (Round B) and K1 Investment Management (Round C).

Amitai brings Pentera over 15 years of Go To Market experience scaling early stage ventures from none to early revenue, to tens of millions in ARR, across geographies and verticals.

Prior to Pentera, Amitai held senior global sales positions at successful Fintech companies like SuperDerivatives (2005-2012), now part of ICE (NASDAQ:ICE) and Earnix, where, as the VP of Sales, he established and scaled the global sales team, between 2012-2016.

Amitai holds an LL.B and a BA in Business Administration from the Reichman University in Israel and an International Executive MBA from Kellogg- Recanati, awarded jointly by Tel Aviv University in Israel, and Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.

Ran is a cyber security product management veteran with over 15 years of experience, having held leadership positions at Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, RSA, and BMC Software, among others. He brings well-honed expertise in growing security products from inception to mass -market adoption in the areas of end-point protection, mobile security, and identity management and authentication.

Aviv is a three-time VP Marketing, speaker, and blogger, with over 20 years of experience in product and marketing leadership, building global brands and driving growth in enterprise software businesses. Since joining Pentera in 2018, Aviv has built the brand from its infancy to a category leader with thousands of members in its community. 

Prior to joining Pentera, Aviv built the Earnix Analytics brand and founded the Excelerate Summit. He also led product and marketing teams at Nexar, Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) and Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX).

Aviv holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Yael brings over 15 years of experience in HR. At Pentera she is responsible for implementing global HR processes and for making sure we maintain our unique culture and team spirit as the company grows. Prior to joining the company, she served in pivotal positions at Ernst and Young, Sears Israel, and Zeitgold.

Patrick brings an outstanding track record in crafting winning go-to-market strategies for technology companies. He has held several senior leadership roles in sales and marketing over the past 20 years with successful high-growth companies such as Voltaire (acquired by Mellanox, today NVDA), Anbolt (acquired by AAPL), and Excelero.
