About the Role:

As an HR Growth Partner/ Global Talent Acquisition, you will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business. In this role, you will take ownership as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source talent effectively and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind, through HR interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Develop strong relationships with all your internal and external interfaces around the globe

Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and others

Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization

Make sure the pipeline is always full of great, relevant candidates

Conduct behavioral interviews

Analyze data with the ‘keep learning and improve’ state of mind

Initiate and manage recruitment and HR projects

Propose and lead initiatives to hack everything!




Requirements

Passion for recruitment

At least 4 years in recruitment

At least 2 years of global recruiting experience – a must

Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment of a tech startup

Fluent English – a must

Experience conducting behavioral interviews

Sourcing experience and proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media tools – a must

Skilled in using recruiting tools to source passive talents

Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and candidates
