About the role:

Location: East Coast, United States - Boston, MA or NYC preferred

The Senior Director of Channel for the Americas is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and growing our channel partners. This position requires a hands-on approach to develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with channel partners to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Americas channel partners
  • Lead and coach a team responsible for executing the channel partner strategy in the Americas
  • Work closely with Pentera Focus Partners to develop strategic account plans to grow the adoption of Pentera
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channel partners
  • Drive revenue growth through channel partners, setting and achieving sales targets
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to promote partner-led sales initiatives
  • Provide guidance and training to partners to improve sales performance
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate partner performance and address any issues
  • Build on existing relationships with partner sales teams and strategize new sales opportunities
  • Responsible for training partners on the solution, providing selling best practices, and aligning partner resources

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in channel partner management at a cybersecurity company
  • Previous experience in building a channel organization
  • Track record of successful channel revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication
  • Skills required include: partner acquisition, partner development, closing skills, partner enablement, prospecting skills, sales forecasting, excellent presentation skills, business planning, territory management 
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with partners and attend industry events
