About the Role:

This HRBP position acts as the primary HR business partner for our VP Sales Americas and the regional leadership team, ensuring top-quality HR support. Reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Israel, this role will be an essential part of the HR leadership team.

We are seeking a driven, experienced, and knowledgeable HRBP who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Who adapt quickly to high-growth challenges and are passionate about tackling a range of problems while maintaining a calm and proactive approach. You bring a hands-on mindset to get things done efficiently, are highly organized, and excel at building strong relationships with both employees and leaders.

Also required experience in implementing HR processes, familiar with best practices and US and LATAM (advantage) employer relationships.

As a Member of the HR Leadership Team:

You will work closely with HR peers to design and implement new initiatives, methods, and processes that support growth and enhance the work environment. Additionally, you will drive strategic HR projects that align with our values and business objectives, ensuring a positive impact across the entire organization, and implementing it locally in your respective region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience, ideally:

In a fast-paced technology environment

Supporting hypergrowth and large-scale recruitment processes

Partnering at the VP/C-suite level

  • Experience in supporting GTM/Sales functions - high advantage
  • Experienced working in global environment - must, with Israelis - advantage
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of employment regulations
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
