The partnership integrates Pentera’s AI-driven Automated Security Validation to reduce real cyber risk for Spanish organizations
Madrid, 13 January 2026 — DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) today announced a partnership with Pentera, the global leader in AI-powered Automated Security Validation, to enhance its cybersecurity services for the Spanish market. This alliance positions DXC at the forefront of Cyber Exposure Management, incorporating Pentera’s Automated Exposure Validation (AEV) as a core validation capability within its Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) services, offered from DXC’s central Cyber Defense ecosystem.
As automation increases both the pace and sophistication of cyber threats, regulators are calling for stronger evidence of cyber resilience. Organizations can no longer rely on reactive security and must embrace continuous, real-risk validation rooted in Zero Trust principles: never assume, always verify and always demonstrate.
DXC’s CTEM services already provide Spanish enterprises with comprehensive visibility into their cyber risk exposure, including asset discovery, identification of relevant weaknesses and prioritization based on business impact.
Through the partnership with Pentera, DXC’s CTEM services advance further by integrating continuous cyber resilience validation that connects technical risk management with compliance expectations. DXC now delivers auditable evidence and clear insights through its DXC Security Hub. It translates Pentera’s validated results into real-time indicators of compliance confidence. This strengthens decision-making and supports executive and compliance reporting, as well as alignment with NIS2, DORA and TLPT-type assessments.
This partnership strengthens DXC’s convergent IT and OT approach within the CTEM cycle. With Pentera, DXC can validate potential lateral movement paths and the effectiveness of existing security controls. In sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation and industrial insurance, recurring verification of technical risk is essential to protect what matters most to the business: data, assets and operations.
In the words of Mikel Salazar Peña, Cybersecurity Director at DXC Technology Iberia:
„This partnership with Pentera was created with our clients in mind. Organizations today need clear visibility into where real cyber risk exists and the ability to act before it impacts the business. With Pentera, we add continuous, safe and scalable validation that strengthens confidence, speeds remediation and reduces exposure to the threats that matter most. Our goal is to deliver services that adapt to each client’s environment and provide tangible value by making security a continuous and measurable process.“
„We are excited to partner with DXC to ensure organizations across Spain can truly achieve evidence-based cyber resilience. DXC’s deep expertise in complex IT and OT environments aligns strongly with Pentera’s mission to make real risk visible and actionable. Together we are enabling customers to decisively address the exposures that matter most and drive measurable, ongoing improvement in their security posture.“ – Sivan Harel, SVP Sales, EMEA, Pentera
