About the Role:

We are looking for a Cyber Field Engineer to own the full technical lifecycle of our customers - from initial deployment to ongoing security validation and advisory. This is a hybrid role that combines deployment engineering responsibilities with cyber field expertise, acting as a trusted technical authority for customers and an essential bridge between the field and internal teams.

In this role, you will design and deploy Pentera in complex environments (on-prem and cloud), lead technical deep dives with security teams, guide remediation strategies, and ensure customers achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success. You will work closely with customers’ SOC, IR, IT, and security engineering teams, while collaborating internally with R&D, Product, Support, Technical Advisors, and Customer Success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design, installation, and configuration of the Pentera platform across diverse environments (On-prem, Cloud - AWS/Azure, and Virtualized).
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise security teams (SOC, IR, Red/Blue) through platform adoption and optimization.
• Translate offensive security findings into actionable remediation strategies, helping customers understand their exposure and strengthen their defenses.
• Conduct deep-dive sessions and product demonstrations for both technical users and executives, ensuring rapid time-to-value.
• Act as the "voice of the customer," channeling field insights and feature requirements to Product and R&D teams.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, Linux, and infrastructure challenges to ensure high platform availability.

• Willingness to travel frequently in the Gulf area to meet our customers on-site (Valid driver’s license required).
• Must be already a legal resident of the UAE and hold a valid Emirates ID.
• 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (SOC, IR, Penetration Testing, Security Engineering, or similar).
• 3+ years of Linux administration experience (Ubuntu preferred).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs) and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and supporting complex systems in customer environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Familiarity with offensive security concepts, attack techniques, and common attack frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, operating systems, virtualization, and security controls.
• Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Ansible, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Cloud/Networking (CCNA, AWS/Azure) or Offensive Security (OSCP, CRTO).
• Background in Sales or Field Engineering.
• Experience with server hardware setup and procurement.
