About the Role:

Pentera's Global Revenue department oversees the company’s entire business activities. We’re currently hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CRO the Executive leadership of the Global Revenueorganization. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of a fast-growing and dynamic company.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support helping to manage various administrative tasks and ensure efficiency across the department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense tracking, and coordinating meetings for the Global Revenue team.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans for team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing departmental events like team-building activities, training sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and other team functions.
  • Employee Experience: Contribute to employee engagement by organizing initiatives and activities aimed at improving team morale and satisfaction.
  • Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for ongoing and ad-hoc projects within the department.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the CEO’s assistant, office managers, and other administrative professionals to support leadership and facilitate smooth communication across teams.
  • Office Support: Handle office-related tasks such as managing supplies, booking conference rooms, and maintaining a well-organized work environment as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coordinating travel for multiple team members.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • Fluent in English.

Hybrid Model: Work from our Dubai office twice a week.
