About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth across Germany and Austria.

This senior role is responsible for executing the regional enterprise strategy, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening channel partnerships across the region. You will play a key role in shaping regional growth, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to Pentera’s continued expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the Enterprise (3,000+ employees) sales strategy across Germany and Austria
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts while expanding into new enterprise customers
  • Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and forecasting; report to EMEA Sales leadership
  • Provide market insights to leadership to help inform product strategy and positioning
  • Coach, mentor, and support the local team of Account Executives through regular 1:1s and joint customer engagements
  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent aligned with company values and business objectives
  • Build targeted vertical and horizontal campaigns to generate new opportunities
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell strategies to expand existing customer relationships
  • Strengthen and manage strategic channel partnerships across the region
  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams within cybersecurity vendors
  • Proven track record of regional revenue growth (including scaling beyond $5M ARR)
  • Experience building and managing strong channel partnerships across DACH
  • History of leading teams to consistently achieve or exceed targets
  • Experience managing complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and forecasting discipline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
