About the role: 

We are looking for our FIRST Growth Manager in the DACH region, one who will enhance our sales team in the DACH region, with the goal of boosting sales and strengthening relationships with current clients. 

Our Growth Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling


  • Hands-on; customer-facing, leading discovery calls, demonstrations, pipeline progression, and executing closed sales.
  • Consultative sales approach, able to present Pentera ‘s technology and product to prospective and current customers. 
  • Monitoring accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Creating playbooks based on account activity triggers that indicate customers who might need a higher plan or added features. 
  • Deep understanding of customer environments, forecasting upsell & cross-sell opportunities, and their context. 
  • Working with Pentera’s team to mitigate churn risks 


  • At least 2 years experience in Cyber security as an account manager, customer success manager or similar function.
  • Native German speaker
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Hands-on; customer-facing, demonstrations, and executing closed sales.
  • Skilled influencer, able to identify the right methods to hit targets, establish relationships
  • Own growth forecasting, pipeline management and upward reporting to leadership.
  • Able to work independently within a team environment.
  • Must be based in Germany
