About the role:

Pentera seeks an experienced product marketer to join our team. This plays a key role in driving go-to-market execution for the company. You will be responsible for driving sales enablement, messaging, positioning, content development, demand generation, and field and channel enablement activities.

Successful candidates must have prior experience in technical/product marketing in the cybersecurity industry. In this role, you will become Pentera’s platform champion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop product-centric marketing content, and sales enablement content. This includes sales presentations, data sheets, videos, white papers, and webinars, and then we get really creative!
  • Act as a product subject matter expert with customers and partners, actively participating in webinars, sales meetings, trade shows, and events.
  • Manage product/solution rollouts and launches in collaboration with demand generation, marcom, and product management, including creating key product & technical marketing deliverables.
  • Participate in analyst briefings and activities.
  • Develop competitive positioning and collateral based on your analysis of the market dynamics.
  • Partner closely with product management to map buyer persona needs to existing product capabilities and new release plans.
  • Inbound and outbound interfaces.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about helping to build a game-changing company!
  • Outstanding English verbal and written storytelling skills.
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in cybersecurity companies.
  • Technical background in cyber security, preferably vulnerability or attack surface management focused. You must be able to demonstrate the product and speak to security professionals in their jargon.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security.
  • Proven ability to manage sales enablement programs and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging and razor-sharp positioning.
  • Ability to develop content – technical and thought leaders such as blogs, sales presentations, and webinars.
  • Energetic, hands-on, self-motivated, and a proactive self-starter.
  • Once or twice a quarter travel.
