About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated GTM Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team.  

In this cross-functional role, you will optimize knowledge, strategic growth and performance, by managing global learning programs to empower skills, abilities and exceptional execution across the GTM organization teams – Revenue Operations, Sales Development, Sales and Customer Success.

You will be responsible for the execution of enablement planning and initiatives, creating and maintaining training programs and collateral that ensure the GTM team’s success.

You will also be responsible for the successful onboarding of new joiners in the GTM teams, ensuring that they are equipped with everything they need to thrive in their roles. 

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations & Business Applications, you will act as a strategic business partner and key contributor to the revenue leadership, supporting growth, productivity and best practices across the customer engagement journey with Pentera’s GTM teams.


Responsibilities 

  • Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) for owning and building GTM Enablement & knowledge sharing programs and materials. 
  • Partner with GTM leadership, revenue operations and product marketing to collect and standardize best practices for the Global Sales Development, Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and implement global training programs to align with the company’s strategic growth goals and drive performance and efficiency. 
  • Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability. e.g. live classroom training, e-learning, virtual sessions, workshops, assessments, etc.
  • Define requirements and develop hands-on collateral and playbooks to support internal enablement, while ensuring that all information is easily and readily accessible.
  • Design and deliver a continuous learning and onboarding experience for new hires including live, digital and observational training as well as 30 – 60 – 90 onboarding KPIs.
  • Follow a data-driven approach to measure and report on the business impact of training and enablement programs.
  • Proactively spot where improvements are needed and gather feedback and requirements from the teams, constantly enhancing enablement programs and results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an enablement type function – GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, Operations, Project Management
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial with fluent Business English 
  • Excellent project management instincts, ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working collaboratively to get things done
  • Attention to details and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills, with the ability to own the room confidently and holds people’s attention
  • Data-driven approach with basic Excel skills (data filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with corporate knowledge management tools (e.g. Confluence, Highspot, Guru) as well as Learning Management Systems (Docebo, Workramp, Camtasia) 
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce and project management tools



Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our HQ, Petach Tikva, Israel.
