About the role:

Pentera's strategic marketing campaigns engage the entire marketing department and collaborate with other departments. As a Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be the quarterback leading the development, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated campaigns. You will work closely with key Marketing, Sales and Product stakeholders to develop content, digital & field programs, and distribution plans. Our Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will own all aspects of the campaign E2E, starting with planning all the way through to lead and pipeline generation. 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day requirements for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to evangelize our market-leading automated security validation platform. 
  • Plan, oversee, and drive demand generation efforts including webinars, website, sponsored programs, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs across the funnel.
  • Partner with digital, content, field, product, and marketing operations to align multi-channel execution i.e product launches, partner campaigns, GTM priorities.
  • This role requires getting in the weeds of details when needed while maintaining a strategic overview. 
  • Establish goals and KPIs with a focus on pipeline and ROI, and report back on results to key stakeholders in sales, product groups and marketing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in managing and executing multi-touch, integrated campaigns, primarily in the B2B space.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in building and executing ABX strategy across multiple functions - Marketing, sales, and channel.
  • Knowledge of current marketing technologies and trends.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker, always looking for answers with the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • High-level English, Native preferred.
