About the role:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving overall marketing efficiency and growth. You’ll get to set and continually improve our world-class marketing operations to enable the company to scale globally using the latest tools and technologies.

Reporting to the Director of Acquisition, you will venture and dive further into the cyber security marketing world, directly impacting Pentera’s bottom line. This is the job that will put you on a career trajectory like no other.

In greater detail:

This role will manage a collection of marketing technologies used to develop marketing processes as they contribute to lead generation and pipeline. Your primary responsibilities will be to optimize the marketing tech stack, to improve cross-channel performance, to maintain audience segmentation for personalized nurturing, and to introduce new technologies that improve the effectiveness of the marketing program. You are a well-organized and analytical marketer who is comfortable advocating the use of marketing technology across the organization.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of the MarTech stack – orchestrating the entire stack, user management and enablement, integrations, and workflows
  • Implementing automated lead qualification criteria
  • Setting up sophisticated lead routing
  • Database segmentation to enable granular reporting and focused nurturing
  • Ongoing data hygiene
  • Onboarding new technologies
  • Creating and maintaining ABM segmentation
  • Be the main point of contact for our marketing technologies and how they’re used
  • Work closely with the RevOps team to carry out necessary changes in Salesforce and seamless integration with Hubspot and other technologies
  • Set and continually improve our world-class marketing operations to enable the company to scale globally using the latest tools and technologies, and the most modern techniques
  • Maintain and improve audience segmentation to ensure personalized marketing and intelligent reporting, as well as necessary exclusions
  • Ongoing management and optimization of existing attribution model, lifecycle, lead scoring, nurture, and data enrichment programs
  • Lead data health and hygiene initiatives to accurately segment audiences and improve marketing engagement

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing operations experience
  • Proven track record of managing Hubspot in a multi-million dollar B2B business environment
  • Experience with the variety of Marketing technologies and how they integrate into a mature marketing demand funnel
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and operations
  • Experience with Hubspot


Preferred skills:

  • 6sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, Drift, Outreach, Zapier/Make, Sightfull, LeanData, Zoom, EventBrite, BrightTALK, MailChimp
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign management and implementing best practices including list growth, design, segmentation, and analytics/performance management
  • Fast adopter and implementer of new technology, seeing its application and usefulness, as well as potential pitfalls
  • Tech-savvy, analytical problem-solver who loves to dig into the data, track results, test and learn, and ultimately improve performance
  • Critical thinker and self-starter, who can be scrappy when needed, yet organized, efficient, and process-oriented
