We are looking for a talented Personal assistant to work closely with the SVP sales EMEA/APAC, for our Dubai Office,.
As the EMEA – APAC you will be responsible for all administrative tasks of the region, including:
PA for the EMEA/APAC SVP – calendar, expenses, organize his travels, supporting with presentation preps etc.
Events coordinator for the different region events, such as QBR, team building activities, training etc.
Support the regional organization with specific projects that might occur
Upon opening an office – office manager
Working closely with CEO assistant, other office managers/ admins, region leadership and HRBP.
