About the Role

We are looking for a super talented team leader for our growing Customer Solutions team, a part of the R&D department.

You will be a part of a fast-growing cybersecurity company, learn and practice high-end cyber skills from the best in the business and support customers globally. You will work with amazing people who work together to improve the cybersecurity field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a highly trained team of professionals in complex technical tasks
  • Perform hands-on activities on intricate platforms
  • Build labs and demonstrations to familiarize yourself and the entire company with new technologies (hardware and software)
  • Work side by side with the R&D and Product teams to ensure the quality of Pentera’s products going to “production” stages
  • In charge of finding the best and finest innovative solutions for any challenges that the customers may encounter along the way to full cyber resilience
  • Act as the lifeline between our customers and our company and communicate their needs to the product and development teams
  • Help guide the customer through the process of familiarizing themselves with the Pentera software
  • Help develop deployment plans for various infrastructures to support the Pentera software
  • Act as a frontline for all customer needs and questions
  • Become a focal point of knowledge for the Americas technical teams
  • Lead deep level analytics projects with the Global Customer Solutions teams


  • At least 2 years of team leading experience – Support, deployment or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience as a System administrator/technical support/network administrator
  • At least 3 years of supporting systems on Windows & Linux platforms
  • Experience with customer-facing activities
  • Bringing a “Fix-it-all” attitude to the table
  • Experience with information security/cyber systems and Penetration Testing – an advantage
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks
  • Vast scripting capabilities – python, bash, PowerShell, etc.
  • Team player, self-sufficient, autodidact with a friendly attitude
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent Spanish (written and verbal) – an advantage
  • Experience with MongoDB – an advantage
