About The Role

Our UX team is on the lookout for a curious and creative designer who wants to help create change. You’ll report to our UX Lead and have the opportunity to unleash your user-centered processes, critical thinking, creativity, and never-ending curiosity.

Our transformation isn't for everyone though: to succeed in this role you need to be a visionary, a systemic thinker, and a hands-on high-performer who loves crushing product design challenges and forming superb full-scale design systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design cybersecurity products and features from concept to release

• Work closely with designers and cross-functional teams to determine objectives and resources
• Conduct user research, plot user-flows, design rapid prototypes, and validate your solutions with target users
• Deliver high quality and concise design requirements to frontend engineers

Champion Pentera’s design system evolution

• Own Pentera’s design system and bring the vision to life
• Standardize and streamline scalability, consistency, usability, accessibility, performance, aesthetics, delight and so much more across multiple products
• Conceptualize innovative information architecture, interaction experiences, dashboards, charts and diagrams, reports and more
• Document and maintain design system guideline
• Mentor designers and cross-functional teams on usage standards and best practices
• Collaborate with developers regularly to communicate requirements and ensure accurate and effective implementation
• Communicate and advocate for design system decisions and changes across the organization

• 4+ years of experience as a Product UX Designer and Design System Designer in B2B SaaS organizations
• Proven track record of crafting, launching, and maintaining design standards and systems at scale
• You are an avid user-centered designer in pursuit of facts for decision-making
• You excel at nurturing effective communication and collaboration with users and colleagues
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 flexbox, media-queries, and animation
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing specifically how you think and work
